Welcome to the City of Aurora ARPA Grants Portal

On March 11, 2021, the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was signed into law and provided $350 billion of funding to states, territories, tribal and local governments to respond to the COVID-19 public health emergency and its economic impacts.

The city of Aurora received $65.4 million in ARPA funding. In response to community feedback and with direction from the Aurora City Council, the city is making a portion of these funds available in the form of several grant programs.
